We are looking for an experienced colleague who would like to participate in the design and development of advanced radar systems with a focus on signal processing and algorithm design.
Your main responsibility will be analytical and conceptual work that forms the foundation of the overall system functionality. This position is suitable for a candidate with strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of signal processing principles who wants to contribute to the design of complex technical solutions.
What Will You Do?
- Design and analyze radar signal processing algorithms (detection, parameter estimation, tracking, filtering).
- Work with mathematical models of signals and systems.
- Design and verify concepts using simulations.
- Interpret measured data and compare results with theoretical models.
- Collaborate on system design and definition of requirements for individual solution components.
- Closely cooperate with implementation teams to transfer algorithms into practical solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation of designed solutions.

What Are We Looking For?
- University degree.
- Knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP).
- Solid foundations in probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
- Ability to formulate and analyze technical problems at an abstract level.
- Experience with the design or analysis of algorithms (e.g., in radar, communications, sonar, or similar fields).
- Ability to work with mathematical models and interpret their results.
- Ability to work independently, systematically, and engage in professional technical discussions.
