Are you studying at a technical university and looking for an opportunity to connect theory with practice? At ELDIS, we open the door to real-world projects, modern technologies, and a professional environment.

What we offer you

Paid Professional Internship

Gain hands-on experience working on real projects in development, design, production, and testing of radar systems. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who will support you as mentors.

Flexible Collaboration

The internship is based on a Work Performance Agreement (DPP) or Work Activity Agreement (DPČ), depending on your availability during the semester or holidays.

Free Accommodation

Not from Pardubice? No worries. We’ll provide free accommodation for the entire duration of the internship.

A Real Career Start

At the end of your internship, your work will be evaluated. The best-performing interns will be offered a full-time job or further professional cooperation.

Pay of CZK 200/hour

You’ll receive a fair wage of CZK 200 per hour. Collaboration is based on DPP or DPČ, depending on your availability.

Looking for a job that gives you more?

At the ELDIS Radar Academy, we offer paid internships for 4th-year students of technical secondary schools who want to gain experience, get a taste of modern technologies, and start building their careers before graduation.

Production or service

You’ll work on simple tasks in production or service, which will gradually show you how a tech-focused company operates. And if you like it, you’ll get the chance to work on more complex projects.

Our goal is for you to get to know ELDIS – and maybe return after school, either as a university intern or even as a full-fledged colleague.
