We are looking for new colleagues to join our training team as a Trainer with a focus on digital learning development. We welcome someone with a technical mindset who enjoys creating e-learning courses while also sharing their knowledge. The role includes delivering product training and occasional business trips abroad.

What can you expect?

• Education in radar technology under the guidance of experienced mentors and experts.

• Responsibility for managing the internal Learning Management System.

• Participation in onboarding sessions and delivering product training for new employees.

• Conducting user training for radar system operators for domestic and international customers.

• Supporting customers during their stay in the Czech Republic.

What do we expect from you?

• Secondary or university education (technical background is an advantage).

• Communicative level of English.

• Very good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience in preparing training materials (videos, presentations, animations).

• Creativity and the ability to make independent decisions.

• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (1–2 times per year).

• Experience with 3D design (e.g., Blender) and with graphic and video tools for creating visual and multimedia content is a strong advantage.

• Basic knowledge of information technologies is an advantage (e.g., Linux).
